Riyadh-Mubasher: Bishah Agriculture Development Co. (BISHACO) said on Thursday that its accumulated losses reached SAR 67.04 million until the end of December 2015, representing 134.08 % of paid-in capital.
The company posted net losses of SAR 321,000 for December, compared with SAR 569,000 in December 2014.
Net losses for the 12-month period reached SAR 1.48 million, and the loss per share hit SAR 0.30.
The companies whose accumulated losses reach or exceed 50% of capital are requested to release their financials on a monthly basis, according to the Saudi market regulations.
