Riyadh-Mubasher: Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) said the board appointed on Wednesday Sulaiman Al Gwaiz as chairman for the next three-year term, starting on 1 January.
The board also formed its main committees, and elected several new members, including Mosa Al Omran and Bader Al Issa, the lender said in a bourse statement.
