Bahrain, Kuwait fund ink financing agreement

Kuwait - Mubasher: The Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development on Tuesday signed a $138 million agreements with the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain, according to an official statement.

The fund will allocate a grant in the amount of $32 million, to participate in the financing of Salman Industrial Area Infrastructure Development Project.

This Grant is provided within the framework of the Program of the Countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for the development of the Member States.

The Kuwait Fund and the Bahraini government also signed an amendment project agreement in the amount of $106 million, for financing the Housing Program for the Northern City and the City of Eastern Alhed.
