Bahrain Bay’s new buildings development to start early 2016

Construction works for new buildings of Bahrain Bay will begin in 2016, said development CEO, Gagan Suri.

The waterfront real estate development on the northern coastline of Manama has grown to become a familiar sight, with a total cost of $2.5 billion.

The project was launched in 2006 and the efforts of the last 10 years are starting to show results, noted the CEO.

Bahrain Bay includes Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, Arcapita Bank global headquarters as well as the winding United Tower have made their mark on the capital’s skyline.

Bay City is scheduled for construction in 2016, with the first phase set to start in the third quarter of 2016.
