Mubasher: The main index of the Bahrain Bourse gained 0.28% or 3.39 points to the level of 1,211.33 points at the end of Tuesday’s session.
Trading volume reached 7.5 million shares exchanged at BHD 11.461 million, versus 6.35 million shares exchanged on Monday at BHD 744,962.
The industrial sector hiked 5.74% as Alba leapt 6%.
Meanwhile, the banks sector added 0.77% as Bahrain Islamic Bank and Al Salam – Bahrain increased 6.67% and 3.92%.
The investment sector fell 1.64%, weighted by United Gulf Bank (UGB) which dropped 10%.
The services sector shed 0.01% as Zain – Bahrain retreated 1.85%.
