Mubasher: The main index of the Bahrain Bourse closed Thursday’s trading with a growth of 0.10% or 1.11 point to the level of 1,143.32 points.
Trading volume reached 7.05 million shares exchanged at BHD 678,981.
The banks sector was the best performer after adding 0.75% as Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait and Ahli United Bank grew by 4.12% and 0.78% respectively. National Bank of Bahrain also leapt by 0.72%.
On the other hand, the industrial sector dropped 1.81% as Alba fell 1.89%. The investment sector shrank 0.40%, dragged by a 3.61% decrease in Al Baraka Banking Group.
