Mubasher: The Bahrain Bourse ended Monday’s trading session in the red zone, losing 0.45% or 5.16 points, closing at 1151.78 points.
The commercial banks sector decreased 0.65%, as National Bank of Bahrain was the session’s biggest loser and dropped 2.78%, Khaleeji Commercial Bank also declined 1.67%, while Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait was today’s only gainer and rose 0.54%.
Similarly, the services sector went down 0.84%, as Duty Free, and Batelco fell 1.88% and 1.36% respectively.
Ahli united bank was the most active in terms of traded volume with 400,000 shares being traded at an exchange of nearly BHD 260,000.
Total traded volume reached 1.32 million shares, with a turnover of BHD 457,660.
