Mubasher: The main index of the Bahrain Bourse closed Tuesday’s session falling by 0.20% or 2.4 points to the level of 1,188.12 points.
Trading volume decreased to 879,710 shares from 2,005 million shares exchanged on Monday, turnover also shrank to BHD 142,830 from BHD 426,400.
The industrial sector fell 1.26% as Alba slid 1.32%. The commercial banks sector dropped 0.19%, dragged by a 2.91% fall in Al Salam Bank, the worst performing stock.
Ahli United Bank was the largest-traded stock as 314,500 shares were exchanged at BHD 199,670.
The investment sector also shrank 0.11% due to a 1.14% decrease in Al Baraka Group.
