Mubasher: The main index of the Bahrain Bourse fell at Monday’s close by 0.26%, dragged by the fall in industrial and investment sectors.
Trading volume increased to 6.354 million shares from 1.49 million shares exchanged on Sunday, while turnover decreased to BHD 744,962 from BHD 9.88 million.
Alba declined 6.25%, GFH dropped 5.56% and Ithmaar Bank shrank 3.85%.
The services sector grew 0.71% as Nass and Batelco rose 1.77% and 1.43% respectively.
The commercial banks sector advanced 0.58% due to an increase of 6.06% in Khaleeji Commercial Bank, 3.03% in Al Salam Bank and 0.79% in Ahli United Bank.
