Mubasher: The Bahrain Bourse’s main index went down 36.7 points, or 2.5%, to close at 1,399.58 points in a week.
Market capitalisation reached BHD 8.67 billion ($23 billion).
Liquidity dropped 66.95% to BHD 1.89 million over the week, compared to BHD 5.71 million a week earlier.
Trading volume decreased by 40.35% to 10.27 million shares this week versus 17.21 million shares in the previous week.
The banking sector shed 3.23%, while the investment, industry, and services sectors lost 2.8%, 1.37%, and 0.37%, respectively.
