Mubasher: The general index of the Bahrain Bourse rose 6.06 points, or 0.42%, to 1,454.97 points in a week, supported by the banking and investment sectors.
The banking, investment, and services sectors added 0.4%, 0.44%, and 0.8%, respectively.
Trading volume declined to 39.31 million shares, while turnover went down to BHD 10.76 million.
Over the week, the number of transactions in the market decreased by 19.44% to 485, compared to the week before.
