Mubasher: The benchmark index of Bahrain Bourse (BHB) ended Monday’s trading session 0.32% or 4.21 points higher, closing at 1,325.49 points.
The industrial segment went up 1.38% on the back of Alba which gained 1.45%.
The banks sector rose by 0.61%, endorsed by NBB and AUB which levelled up by 3.45% and 0.68%, respectively.
Meanwhile, the hotels and tourism sector went down by 0.53%, dragged by Gulf Hotels which lost 0.81%.
Trading value increased to KWD 1.02 million after 4.57 million shares were traded.
Alba was the most active stock on which 2.17 million shares were exchanged at a value of about BHD 603,090.
