Mubasher: Bahrain Bourse saw a bullish performance in Thursday’ early trades on the back of banks stock which opened higher.
The general index rose 0.14% or 1.63 points to reach 1,183.09 points by 10:40am Bahraini time.
The banks sector topped gainers with an 0.29% increase as Al Salam Bank – Bahrain, Khaleeji Commercial Bank, and Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait grew 2%, 1.6% and 1.11% respectively.
The market saw trading of 865,040 shares through 15 transactions, with a turnover of BHD 179,700.
