Mubasher: The Bahrain Bourse saw a bullish performance in Sunday’s early trades, backed by the rise of Gulf Hotels Group and Bahrain Telecommunications (Batelco).
The main index grew 0.06% or 0.73 points to reach 1,186.94 points by 0.06% by 9:45am Bahrain time.
The hotels and tourism sector advanced 0.5% as Gulf Hotels went up 0.8%. The services sector went up 0.34% as Batelco gained 0.7%.
The market saw trading of 121,000 shares through nine transactions, with a turnover of BHD 26,650.
