Mubasher: Ithmaar Holding disclosed that the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) has granted the final approval for listing the bank’s shares on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
Ithmaar, which is listed on Boursa Kuwait and Bahrain Bourse (BHB), received the CBB’s approval after completing all listing requirements, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
The listing details and timing will be disclosed in the near future after coordinating with concerned entities.
