Mubasher: The operational works for the under-construction passenger terminal at Bahrain International Airport will begin as scheduled, according to Construction Week Online.
The new passenger terminal’s evaluation and operational testing will begin when construction ends, a delegation from the Bahrain AirportCompany (BAC) told a UK aviation conference in June, the Construction Week Online said.
“A billion-dollar modernisation project to improve infrastructure and services at Bahrain International Airport is under way as part of a mutliphased expansion. In addition to building a new passenger terminal, expansion and refurbishment of the existing terminal is included,” the news portal added.
