Mubasher: Bahrain Islamic Bank said that the subscription regarding capital increase will mature on 29 November.
The subscription period has started 15 November to offer 171 million ordinary shares with issuance price of BHD 0.117 per share.
Thus, the authorized and paid-up capital of the bank will total BHD 97.44 million by the end of the subscription period.
