Mubasher: Bahrain Tourism Company said Thursday that it has submitted a request to the registration department of the ministry of trade, tourism, commerce and industry to convert the Crowne Plaza Hotel to a sole Proprietorship.
The company also requested to cut its current capital to BHD 50,000, according to a bourse filing.
