Mubasher: The Bahrain Bourse’s main index started Thursday 0.2% higher to 1,170.41 points by 9:45am Bahrain time.
Trading volume reached 110,400 shares traded in three transactions at BHD 70,100.
The commercial banking sector advanced 0.4%, backed by Ahli United Bank that rose by 0.8% and registered BHD 70,100 at open.
On the flipside, Nass Corporation slid 2.7% after 29,000 shares were traded at BHD 3,100.
