Mubasher: The main index of Bahrain Bourse (BHB) retreated after four sessions in green, as it fell by 0.29% or 3.45 points to close at 1,183.65 points on Monday.
Bahrain Islamic index fell 1.1% to reach 753.77 points.
Today’s trading value increased to about BHD 367,700 after trading volume decreased to around 785,800 shares.
BHB’s market cap stood at BHD 7.015 billion as compared to BHD 7.035 billion in Sunday’s session.
Meanwhile, the investment sector declined 0.9%.
Despite retreating 7.14%, Al Baraka was the top active with about $304,580 generated from exchanging on 573,660 shares in 30 transactions.
The banks sector fell 0.07% as AUB declined 0.5%.
Also, the services sector also dropped 0.13% in line with Seef which dropped 1.5%.
