Mubasher: The Bahrain Bourse’s main index declined 0.51% or 5.9 points on Wednesday, closing at 1155.86 points.
A total of 1.5 million shares were exchanged at a turnover of BHD 359,370 ($952,869), through 54 transactions.
The investment sector led the decliners today, falling 1.48%, with the Arab Banking Corporation (ABC) dropping 5.5%, and Bahrain Credit losing 0.75%.
The industrial sector declined by 1.1%, pushed down by Aluminum Bahrain losing 1.14%.
Similarly, the banking sector and the services sector slipped 0.13% and 0.1% respectively.
