Mubasher: Hotels’ occupancy in Bahrain rose by more than 90% during Eid Al-Fitr holiday, Al Watan newspaper reported.
Eid Al-Fitr holiday is the longest especially for Saudi families, the newspaper added.
Hotel reservations increased from 50% to reach 75% during the Eid vacation, mainly backed by Saudi visitors, sales manager Adel Budwas said.
Hotel capacity is expected to rise and add 4,000 rooms in 2020, according to economic quarterly report by Bahrain Economic Development Board.
