Mubasher: The main index of the Bahrain Bourse closed Monday’s session rising 1.18% or 14.82 points to the level of 1,274.36 points.
Trading volume decreased to 4.78 million shares from 8.39 million shares exchanged on Sunday, turnover also shrank to BHD 987,360 from BHD 1.29 million.
The commercial banks sector levelled up 1.51% as Ithmaar holding advanced 7.9%.
The investment sector rose 1.51% as GFH Group, up 9.48%, was the best performer, and Inovest leapt 1.82%.
Meanwhile, the industrial and hotel & tourism sectors closed flat.
