Mubasher: The main index of the Bahrain Bourse declined at Tuesday’s close by 0.03% or 0.36 point to the level of 1,303.70 points.
Trading volume reached 1.48 million shares exchanged at BHB 466,050, compared to 9.69 million shares exchanged on Monday at BHD 1.21 million.
The services sector dropped 0.55% as Milaha and Batelco shrank 1.83% and 0.71% respectively.
The commercial banks sector fell 0.24% due to a decrease of 4.08% in Ithmaar Holding, 2.34% in Khaleeji Commercial Bank and 0.68% in Ahli United Bank.
On the other hand, the industrial and investment sectors rose 2.13% and 0.2% respectively as Alba advanced 2.24% and GFH Group ascended 0.72%.
Ithmaar Holding made the biggest trading volume activity with 322,120 shares, while National Bank of Bahrain made the highest turnover of BHD 12,890.
