Mubasher: Inflation rate in Bahrain increased by 1.9% year-on-year in November, as per the data of the Central Informatics Organisation.
The consumer price index (CPI) reached 126.8 points last November compared to 124.4 points in the same month of 2015.
Meanwhile, the CPI declined 0.7% compared to October 2016.
The prices of food and non-alcoholic beverages went down by 2.2%, as well as clothes and shoes which declined by 1.5%, while housing prices, which account for 24% of consumer spending, grew 3% compared to the same period last year.
