Mubasher: Bahrain has a competitive operating cost in the region in the financial services sector, according to KPMG report.
The main beneficiaries of these advantages are sectors branching from financial services sector such as supporting services to insurance sector, asset management and Islamic finance that require staff with high academic levels speak Arabic and English. Bahrain provides skilled workforce with cost average less than Dubai and Qatar by 6% and 15% respectively, showed the report.
Bahrain also has the lowest cost of residential and educational sectors.
Establishments working in Bahrain can benefit from organizations such as Tamkeen (the national labour fund) and Bahrain Institute of Banking and Financial Studies.
