Mubasher: City View Real Estate Development announced it will resume construction works on Landmark Cityview project which is expected to open in December this year.
The project was on hold since 2011 due to conditions out of City View’s control, according to a statement.
The board of directors has decided to start working on the project’s second phase, and to issue a tender to complete the remaining works.
Dheya Tawfiqi Engineering Consultancy Bureau is the project consultant which is currently finalising the paper work for the construction tender to launch it as soon as possible.
The statement added that the construction works will resume in April and last for eight months.
