Mubasher: Ibdar Bank, Bahrain-based wholesale Islamic investment bank, has invested GBP 8 million ($11.4 million) in Angel Gardens, a new residential project scheduled to be built in Manchester.
The project will include 458 apartments at a total cost of GBP 124 million.
The project is being financed through some equities invested by Ibdar with the participation of other investors, in addition to the main loan secured from a lender.
