Mubasher: Bahrain's unemployment rate reached 3.1% at the end of the third quarter of 2015 compared with 3.6% in September 2014.
Unemployment has dropped from 3.3% to 3.1% from June to September as a result of the substantial decrease in the number of jobless, said Labour and Social Development Minister Jameel Humaidan.
He added that the kingdom has a strong vital economy capable of creation of attractive job opportunities for its citizens.
A total of 6,108 persons were employed in the third quarter, at a monthly average of 2,036.
