The benchmark index of Bahrain Bourse (BHB) declined 0.27% to settle at 1,151.5 points at 11:37 am Bahrain time on Sunday.
Bahrain Islamic index gained 0.26% or 1.96 points to reach 762.95 points.
AUB fell by 1.47% to reach $0.67, becoming the only loser in the banks sector.
The market’s liquidity reached about BHD 95,950 after around 354,600 shares were exchanged through 32 deals.
The banks sector declined 0.75%, while Bahrain Islamic Bank and Ithmaar settled at BHD 0.13 and BHD 0.12, respectively.
Meanwhile, the services sector levelled up 0.19%, backed by Bahrain Cinema which rose by 2.56%. The investment sector grew 0.25% after GFH increased by 2.33%.
