Mubasher: Bahrain Bourse indices moved lower on Monday, dragged by losses by the investment sector that outweighed gains by banks.
The benchmark index of Bahrain Bourse (BHB) sagged 0.04% or 0.5 points to close at 1,151.16 points.
Bahrain Islamic index slipped 0.92% or 7.03 points to close at 756.35 points.
The market capitalisation amounted to BHD 6.83 billion, against BHD 6.8 billion in the previous session.
The market total trading value reached BHD 1.48 million, with 1.35 million shares changed hands.
The investment sector was the steepest as it sagged 0.49% on the losses of Gulf Finance House that declined 4.54%.
