Mubasher: The Bahraini Regional Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (RCREEE), in partnership with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Bahrain Society of Engineers, will organise the “International Sustainable Energy Event (iSEE): Fostering Bahrain's Sustainable Future” on 17 and 18 April.
The forum will be under the auspicious of Minister of Electricity and Water Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza, according to Bahrain News Agency (BNA).
“The event represents an exclusive opportunity to promote Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency initiatives that will provide a platform for investment in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the wider Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region,” Mirza said.
The two-day event, that will see the participation of international, regional and local experts, will also contribute to providing job opportunities, the minister added.
“The event will also include an exhibition to show-case state of the art technology innovations and developments in the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency sectors for viewing and business networking,” the minister concluded.
