Mubasher: The main index of Bahrain Bourse dropped 0.42% or 5.05 points to close at 1,195.86 points on Sunday. Bahrain Islamic index fell by 2.06% to 772.9 points.
Today’s liquidity stood at around BHD 216,470 as 1.29 million shares were exchanged.
The market cap decreased to BHD 7.08 billion from BHD 7.12 billion.
The industrial sector declined 1.06% as Alba retreated by 1.1%. The commercial banks sector fell by 0.5% as Khaleeji Commercial Bank lost 6.25%. Also, the investment sector edged 0.24% down in line with Al Baraka which lost 1.7%.
Bahrain Duty Free Shop Complex saw the biggest liquidity as it reached nearly $51,110 after about 56,790 shares were traded. The stock settled at BHD 0.9.
