Mubasher: Bahrain Bourse ended the week in the green zone after falling for two successive weeks.
The main index levelled up 0.2% or 2.27 points to end the week at 1,112.80 points.
During the week, liquidity stood at about BHD 475,380 after 2.14 million shares were traded. Last week, the bourse generated BHD 1.33 million through the exchange of 7.21 million shares.
The banks sector gained 0.7%, backed by NBB which rose by 0.85%, while the services sector fell by 0.83%, as Batelco lost 0.66%.
The banks sector topped the gainers with transactions worth about BHD 329,869, bolstered by AUB’s gains of BHD 242,872.
