Mubasher: Rental rates in Bahrain for apartments and villas are expected to fall from 10% to 12% till the end of this year, according to a report by Mazaya Holding.
The decline in rates is mainly attributed to higher supply of residential units and villas, the report added.
Lower rental rates will lead investors abroad to buy and own properties, thus boosting the real estate sector in Bahrain
