Bahrain Bourse (BHB) ended Tuesday’s trading session in the red zone, after the benchmark index retreated 0.64% or 7.90 points to close at 1,224.66 points.
Today’s trading value amounted to about BHD 339,079 after 1.99 million shares were traded through 56 transactions.
The industrial sector dropped 1.04% on Alba’s fall of 1.08%.
Banks sector leveled down 0.92%, after National Bank of Bahrain and Ahli United Bank which fell by 1.40% and 1.41% respectively. KHaleeji Commercial Bank eased the sector’s losses by 4.69%.
Investment sector fell by 0.21%, dragged by Comercial facilities and Al Baraka Banking Group which dropped 1.44% and 0.88% respectively.
Services sector inched down 0.25%, affected by Batelco which retreated 0.65%, while Nass Corporation shrank the losses by 2.19%.
