Riyadh – Mubasher: The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia "Bahri" said its board has recommended a cash dividend distribution of SAR 2.5 per share, representing 25% of the nominal value of the share, for 2016 in their meeting on Thursday, 15 December.
Total dividends to be given to shareholders amount to SAR 984.38 million, according to Bahri's bourse filing on Sunday.
Shareholders registered at the end of trading on the dah of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) will be entitled to the distributions.
Bahri reported a profit of SAR 318.37 million in the third quarter of 2016, down 37.61% year-on-year from SAR 510.3 million.
The company's profits for the first nine months of the year were 15% to SAR 1.4 billion compared to figures from the year-ago period.
