Riyadh-Mubasher: The National Shipping Co. of Saudi Arabia's (Bahri) board recommended cash dividends for the fiscal year 2015 at SAR 1 a share, totalling SAR 393.7 million, the company said in a bourse statement.
The board also proposed additional cash dividends for FY15 at SAR 1.5 per share. Accordingly, FY15 cash dividends will total SAR 984.4million at SAR 2.5 a share.
Shareholders of record until the close of trading on the general meeting date will be eligible for the dividends.
The meeting date will be announced later.
