Riyadh-Mubasher: The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) said its ordinary general meeting will be held on 6 April, to discuss the recommended cash dividends for 2015.
The board earlier proposed cash dividends for 2015 at 25% of capital, or SAR 2.5 a share, totalling SAR 984.38 million.
Shareholders of record on the meeting date will be entitled to the dividends.
FY15 net earnings increased by 240.46% to SAR 1.8 billion, compared with SAR 533.84 million a year earlier.
The company operates with paid-in capital of SAR 3.94 billion, divided into 393.75 million shares at a par value of SAR 10 each.
The stock rose 1.24% to SAR 43.20 on Sunday.
