Riyadh – Mubasher: The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) announced that its board of directors has decided to distribute a cash dividend of SAR 196.875 million or SAR 0.5 per to shareholders for the first half of 2019, representing 50% of the company’s capital.
The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders owning shares by the end of trading on 13 October 2019 and for the registered shareholders in the Securities Depository Center Company on 15 October, Bahri said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday.
The dividends will be distributed over 393.75 million shares as of Thursday 31 October, the Saudi-based firm noted.
It is worth noting that Bahri had previously reported a net profit of SAR 224.9 million for H1-19, and generated SAR 3.14 billion revenue.
