Riyadh-Mubasher: Bank AlJazira said its extraordinary general meeting (EGM), held on 28 December, elected board members for the next three-year term starting from 1 January 2016 until 31 December 2018.
Shareholders also approved amending article No. 12 of the articles of association, as well as the deals signed with AlJazira Takaful.
