Riyadh-Mubasher: Bank AlJazira said its ordinary and extraordinary general meetings will be held on Monday, 28 December 2015.
Shareholders will elect nine board members for the next three-year starting from 1 January 2016.
In addition, shareholders will discuss amending some articles of association.
