Riyadh – Mubasher: Bank AlJazira announced that the distribution of SAR 246 million in cash dividends to shareholders for the second half (H2) of 2019 will begin on Tuesday 5 May 2020.
Dividends will be distributed at SAR 0.30 per share, which represents 3% of the share’s nominal value, after Zakat deduction, according to a disclosure to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.
The bank’s ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) of Bank AlJazira approved on 15 April the board of directors’ recommendation for the dividends.
