Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Bank of Sharjah said its board will hold a meeting on 6 February by 11:30am UAE time, according to a statement.
The board will discuss annual financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2016.
Annual dividends for 2016 will also be reviewed, the bank said, adding that the board will also set a date for the shareholders’ meeting.
