Dubai-Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) kicked off Sunday trading session on negative note pressured by the declines of the banking sector.
The main index eased 0.06% or 2.18 points reaching 3,480.07 points by 08:05 UAE timing.
The banking sector dragged lower by 0.24% on losses of each of; Ajman Bank that went down by 1.27%, Emirates NBD 0.61% and Dubai Islamic Bank 0.2%.
On the other hand, the real estate sector was the main gainer as it went up 0.05% on the gains of Arabtec by 0.68%.
Sunday early trading witnessed 8.05 million shares changed hands worth AED 18.96 million excuted through 113 transactions.
