Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) ended Monday’s trading session with negative performance, for the second session in a row, dragged by the fall of the banks and materials sectors.
The benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) declined by 1.36%, or 107.02 points, ending the session at 7,784.71 points.
TASI’s traded volume reached 105 million shares on Monday compared to 86.7 million shares on Sunday, while the bourse’s turnover recorded SAR 2.38 billion from SAR 1.88 billion in the previous session.
The banking sector topped the decliners falling 2.22%, followed by the material with 0.5%.
On the other hand, the energy sector with 0.61%.
Meanwhile, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, NOMU, levelled down by 1.69 %, or 67.66 points, finishing the session at 3,941.41 points.
