Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange’s (ADX) general index rose 0.31% or 15.31 points to close at 4897.57 points on Sunday.
The ADX’s trading volume reached 44.96 million shares exchanged at a turnover of AED 103.09 million.
The banks sector gained 0.56% after the First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) rose 0.57%.
The real estate sector levelled up 0.42%, boosted by Aldar Properties, which upped 1.20%.
On the negative side, the energy sector shed 0.65% as TAQA lost 2.68%.
The telecommunication sector and its sole stock, Etisalat, plummeted 0.12% each.
RAK Ceramics’ stock, which dipped 0.6%, was the ADX’s most active, posting AED 20.91 million in a turnover after 9.59 million shares changed hands.
