Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) closed Thursday’s session in the green zone, rising 0.14% or 6.40 points to the level of 4,493.81 points, bolstered by the rise of the banks and real estate sectors.
The banks sector gained 0.26%, backed by Sharjah Islamic Bank, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), and First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) which grew 1.48%, 0.55%, and 0.47%, respectively.
Similarly, the real estate sector added 0.13% as Eshraq Properties ascended 1.19%.
Trading volume reached 35.02 million shares from 33.76 million shares in Wednesday’s session, while liquidity narrowed to AED 59.16 million from AED 63.25 million.
Dana Gas topped the traded volume with 15.62 million shares, while FAB topped the market’s liquidity with AED 10.08 million.
