Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) opened Monday in the green, backed by the banks and telecommunications sectors.
By 11:15 am UAE time, the general index increased 0.57% or 25.77 points to 4,514.97 points.
The real estate sector gained 0.69% as Eshraq grew 2.7% and Aldar Properties added0.5%.
The banks sector rose 0.64% on the back of the National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD), which levelled up 0.9%.
In the meantime, the telecoms sector and its stock Etisalat grew 0.6%.
Turnover reached AED 17.88 million after 11.48 million shares were traded through 219 transactions.
