Mubasher: The UAE stock markets are expected to continue with the upward volatile performance during February amid anticipation for pumping liquidity from stocks of good prices, analysts told Mubasher.
The markets are expected to remain positive in February in line with the good dividend distributions announced by the UAE banks, capital market analyst Jamal Ajjaj said.
He noted that the dividends will encourage the investors to increase the liquidity of operating stocks.
Any decline at the beginning of this month will be an opportunity to create new purchasing positions amid positive expectations, the analyst added.
Foreign portfolio investments are foreseen to head to the UAE stock markets in line with the current correction process seen at the American and European markets, Capital market analyst Basel Abo-Teima said.
The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) is targeting the levels of 4,200 and 5,000 points on the medium term, he noted.
